Return Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. If you cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping expense incurred.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email me at Diane@southhousedesigns.com within 3 days of receipt. After contacting us, you will have four days to ship the item back to us in its original condition. Within 24 hours of receipt of your return, we will refund your purchase price. If there was an error on our part, we will also cover the return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping and we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
